PAYMENT AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

PAYMENT

SMARTMAG ApS accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maistro, American Ekspress and JCB, as well as PayPal checkout in our webshop.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are based on your order total.

ORDER PROCESSING

When your order have been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, and your order will be processed within 2-4 business days(Monday-Friday). Should any of the ordered items be out of stock, you will be notified and we will wait for your instructions, before further processing the order.
When the order is processed and shipped, you will receive an order shipment e-mail with your tracking number and order details.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

While most of our products are available at any given time, out of stock items will NOT show as such on the website. We will take backorders, however, on any out of stock products and will send partial shipments as items come off backorder. We do not charge any extra costs for multiple shipments and your credit card will not be charged for an item until that item ships. However, you may see card authorizations which are only used to check for available funds.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders outside Europe is considered international orders and will be shipped with UPS Express, Express Saver or Expedited.
Orders within Europe will be shipped with UPS ground.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

If the item you received is not the item you ordered or it is damaged in some way, we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible or we will gladly take back the item and credit you the merchandise price along with shipping and handling costs.

Defects in materials or workmanship are covered for 24 months from purchase. Material refers to the physical state of the product. Workmanship refers to the assembly and construction. Damage due to wear and tears such as rips, tears, abrasion or UV degradation, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty policy but may be repairable for a fee.

60-DAY RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we have a 60-day return policy on all SMARTMAG products to allow the user sufficient time to field test the gear in the environment of their choosing. If you find a newly purchased piece of SMARTMAG gear unsatisfactory please send it back for a full refund. If you would like to exchange for another item in the same price class we will gladly do so, however in either case, return and/or redelivery shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility.

To make a return, please take the following steps:

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS RETURN

    • For return of defective products please contact us first at martin@smartmag.com
    • Please describe the problem/defect in detail and wait for our service team to provide you with a return service number and further instructions.
    • Send the item back inside an appropriate box. The item must be securely wrapped inside the box during transport as we cannot be responsible for shipping damages, and please obtain tracking information in case the package is lost in transit.
    • Include a copy of the receipt. If that is not possible, include your name, shipping address, phone number and email, and reason for the return or simply note the provided return service number on the box.
    • In case of defects in Materials or worksmanship we will provide a return-label for return of the defective product.

60-DAY RETURN

    • If you have field testet an item and find it unsatisfying please contact us at martin@smartmag.com
    • We will provide a return service number and further instructions
    • Send the item back in, with or without the original packaging and inside an appropriate box. The items must be securely wrapped inside the box during transport as we cannot be responsible for shipping damages, and please obtain tracking information in case the package is lost in transit.
    • Include a copy of the receipt. If that is not possible, include your name, shipping address, phone number and email, and reason for the return or simply note the provided return service number on the box.
    • 60-day returns must be returned prepaid- we do not accept COD packages.

All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. You should allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
